LUGGAGE
Passengers traveling on a day trip
Passengers traveling on a Day Trip are not entitled to carry cabin luggage but only 1 hand luggage not larger than 56cm x 45 cm x 25cm and not weighting more than 10 kgs.
Infants are not allowed to carry Luggages.
Passengers traveling on day Trip with luggage will pay difference of ticket price to one way + luggage expenses in port at time of check-in.
Passengers traveling one way or return ticket
One way ticket include maximum of 1 cabin luggage per person not larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm and not weighing more than 10 kgs.
The passenger has the option to purchase extra luggage at the time of booking at a supplement of Euro 5,00 per luggage. Should the person pay for extra luggageg in port during check-in, the supplementary price will be of Euro 10,00 per luggage.
Infants are not entitled to carry luggage.
VL COMFORT LOUNGE
Comfort Lounge is located on the upper deck. 30 passengers can be accomodate in
large and comfortable seats.
DELAYS/CANCELATIONS/AMENDMENTS OF THE LINE
Passengers that arrive late to check-in, or for any reason do not board on vessel, are not entitled to a refund.
Boat company reserve the right to delay, cancel or redirect a trip with no prior notice on departure and return journey, if necessary due to safety or tehnical reasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
In case of cancellations boat company, we will refund the money for the unused part of the ticket, but will in no circumstances be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, and will not except any request for reinbursement of any additional expenses.
