IMPORTANT PASSENGER INFORMATION
All passengers must have a valid travel document and, if necessary, a visa for Italy or Croatia.
All passengers must be present for check-in at least 45 minutes before departure.
Please be informed that it is important that all passengers details (name and surname, date of birth, nationality and passport number) given at the time of booking are correct. Should any details submitted during booking not match the details on the document presented at time of check-in, the Copmany has the right not to accept the passenger on board and no refund will be granted.
Passengers that arrive late to check-in, or for any other reason do not board the vessel, are not entitled to a refund.
LUGGAGE
Passengers with Day trip ticket departing from Croatia
Adults and children (age 4-13.99) can carry 1 piece of hand luggage per person not larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm and not weighting more than 10 kg.
Infants (age 0-3.99) are not allowed to carry luggage.
Passengers traveling on day Trip with luggage will pay difference of ticket price to one way + luggage expenses in port at time of check-in.
Passengers with one way or return ticket departing from Croatia or Venice
One way ticket include maximum of 1 cabin luggage and 1 hand luggage per person not larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm and not weighing more than 10 kgs.
Infants (age 0-3.99) are not allowed to carry luggage.
Extra luggage in the port during check-in will be charged at Euro 5,00 per luggage.
MINORS
We urge our passengers to kindly inform themselves of the immigration regulations between Croatia and Venice for Minors (passengers under the age of 18) travelling unaccompanied or accompanied by adults other than parents or legal guardian.
COMFORT LOUNGE
Comfort Lounge is located on the upper deck. 30 passengers can be accomodate in large and comfortable seats.
DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS OF THE LINE
Boat company reserve the right to delay, cancel or redirect a trip with no prior notice on departure or return journey, if necessary due to safety or tehnical reason or due to circumstances beyond our control.
In case of cancelation from Boat company, we will refund money for the unused ticket, but will in no circumstances be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, and will not accept any request for reimbursement of any additional expenses.
