Located in very heart of Buje region, near ancient town of Momjan, with mild climate, surrounded with vineyards, fields and forests, all in contrast with clear blue colour of Adriatic sea and Piran bay.
This is specific agriturism situated on the top of hill 370 m above sea level, where You can enjoy beautiful panoramic view from mountain “Ucka” all the way to Slovenia and “Nanos” mountain, further to Alps on the North of Italy.
Here You will be in good hands of Sinkovic family, family that has roots in this region since 1656.
You can stay in one of 10 apartments and studios for 2, 3 or 4 persons with breakfast on terrace or downstairs in a restaurant.
Food
This restaurant in rural style offers excellent food such as cold hors d'oeuvres with smoked ham and cheese, Istrian pasta and gnocchi specialties with various mushroom, asparagus and truffle sauces, and homemade sausages. We recommend krostule, fritule or pancakes with homemade jam for desert.
We reccomend this accommodation for those who would like to spend their time in quiet cenery enjoying home made food and of course wine lovers.
Wines
All the wines offered are pruducted in family cellar.
White wines are Momian's moscato, istrian malvasia and chardonnay; black wines are merlot, teran and cabernet sauvignon. We have also sweet wines like red moscato and white sweet moscato, produced annualy in small quantities, drank with homemade cakes.
