Apartments are in renewed typical istrian town-house in outskirts of Motovun.
Here you will get magnificent view from hill of Motovun to surrounding hills and meadows with vineyards and olive trees.
Apartment 1. 2+2 with 53m2 is located in lower, ground floor with separate entrance. It consists of double-bedded room, bathroom, kitchen and dinning room and additional room with two single beds that can be also used as living room.
Apartment 2. 2+2 with 60m2 is on the upper floor of the house.
You get there by climbing a wooden stairs. When you enter the apartment you will step into spacious hallway with balcony looking onto castle of Motovun. One door leads to bedroom with one double and one single bed. Next door leads to dining area and kitchen.
When you pass the kitchen you get to another small hallway that lead o bathroom one and terrace on the other side.
It is important to say that all furniture in the house is renewed antique furniture as it was used in old days. Large garden with 150m2 is at your disposal, most suitable for sun bathing and barbecue.
Price: 100 - 180 Kn per person/day depends on period, price details on request.
