Once the cobblers residence this country house has been carefully renovated and now offers ten tasteful apartments for 22 - 24 guests.

There are comfortable and spacey one-room studio-apartments as well as apartments with separate bedrooms for up to 9 guests, mostly with balconies.
Each apartment has a double bed as well as a sofa bed, kitchenette, equipped with facilities, wc/shower or bath tubs. From each apartment you have a wonderful view to the vineyards and the sea in the distance.
Most of accommodation is air conditioned.

At your disposal is the swimming pool (6 x12 x 1,45m), that invites you to swim or rest on one of the deckchairs on the wooden decking. The large garden terrace with bbq is a focal point of all our guests.

In walking distance there are supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars, a bank, church and post office. In and around Visnjan you can eat out in traditional Konobas (taverns), a type of pub, where you can enjoy different Istrian specialities or taste regional wines like Malvazia and Teran.

Here you will enjoy your holidays in relaxing and peaceful atmosphere of typical istrian town.
Accommodation is in a small istrian town, located on top of a hill , 10 km north east of Porec.
From the ancient terrace at the piazza, which you enter through a Venetian arch, you have a beautiful view towards the sea. Since Venetian times town is a well known trading place for all kinds of agricultural products and tools. Still today there is an open market held every last Thursday of the month, which attracts people from all over Istria.

House can be rented as one unit for larger groups and events (wedding, business occasions, etc.).
