There is an additional (to the indoor dining area) outdoor shaded dining area complete with table and chairs for 8 persons for dining al fresco throughout your stay and right alongside the private 50 sqm salt water private pool.
The pool is salt-water as it has a special cleansing system that does not require the use of chlorine, making it better for skin and hair and is more effective at keeping unwanted insects and bugs away. Both the indoor dining and lounge areas are in sunken settings, adding to the luxurious feel of the villa.
There is also a built-in BBQ with its own food preparation area to avoid having to go back and forth to the villa and a landscaped 1200 sqm private garden to enjoy.
Parking for at least 2 vehicles is possible on the property itself. All furniture inside and out is of the highest quality, including the sun loungers and garden furniture.

Prices are in Euro per week. The possibility for reduced rates for periods longer than two weeks are negotiable for the months outside of the Summer months.
A refundable damage security deposit of 300 Euro is required on arrival. It is preferred that this payment is made in cash, but if this is not possible, then MasterCard and Visa cards are acceptable. A deposit of 25% is required when the booking is made. The 75% balance will need to be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.
Renters should take out their own cancellation insurance. A tourist tax is also payable on arrival. This applies to all holidays in Croatia.
Guests should vacate no later than 10 a.m. and arrive no earlier than 4 p.m. You will be greeted on arrival and shown around the villa and your registration arranged.
