Villa is located in small village of St. Bartol under Motovun in secluded and quiet position.
Villa was renovated and built over old rural household which gives it an authentic style and unusual modern architectural aspects.
Materials such as stone and wood are combined with glass to create lot of light in the interior.
One inside wall is completely built from natural stone and the rest is modern. There is a large terrace in front of the house from where you have a fantastic view on the Motovun and Mirna river valley.
Outside is swimming pool with sunbathing area next to the covered terrace with barbecue, great place to enjoy your Istrian vacation in peace and quiet atmosphere.
