We welcome you to this great accommodation in house located within medieval fortified town of Motovun. Her you will enjoy great comfort this house offers on 200 m2, in 3 bedrooms all with large double beds, two bathrooms with shower enclosure, and bath tub.
When you enter the house form street you will find yourself in large room that can be used as study/living room with fireplace, lot of bookshelves, a great place to enjoy reading and relaxing.
On this level there is also toilet, and storage room with washing machine. With stairway you will climb up to the first floor where 2 bedrooms and bathroom are.
On second floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen with dining room table and 8 chairs, and also living area with sofa bed for 6 persons, and TV set. From the kitchen you have entrance to nice terrace with small garden, great for relaxing summer afternoons and eating in open. On third floor there is a master bedroom with large double bed (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom.

Additional information about rental rates
•Tourist tax is not included in the price. It is 7 kn per person per day.
The possibility for reduced rates for periods longer than two weeks are negotiable for the months outside of the summer months.
A refundable damage security deposit of 250 Euro in cash is required on arrival. A deposit of 30% is required when the booking is made. The 70% balance will need to be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.
•Renters should take out their own cancellation insurance.
Prices are per week with Saturday as arrival and checkout day (checkout 10h, arrival between 16 and 19h). In case you would prefer a different arrival and checkout day, please contact us.
