All four bedrooms have super king double beds, however, we have also provided single duvets so they could be used as twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a fifth bedroom which has a Queen sized double and use of a WC. |

Set on two levels, leading down to an infinity pool with views towards Motovun and the valley, it is the true jewel. Natural light pours through the villa's huge windows, and every detail of its furnishings oozes quality. The views are the best you will find anywhere in Croatia as it has been built on a hill top with views of the lakes and medieval village tops.
The house has 5 double bedrooms, 4 with super king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms and the fifth with a double bed and use of a toilet and sink.
Should you wish to use any of the double rooms as a twin this is perfectly possible as there are lots of single duvets available and the beds are large!. It has an indoor kitchen on the top floor with an outside terrace, plus an outside kitchen for BBQs and a further table outside by the pool.
The house has a much more modern feel inside. It has white polished concrete floors, air conditioning throughout, state of the art sound system, TotalTV satellite, modern Italian designer furniture and contemporary lighting. It is a fantastic house for entertaining.
The infinity pool also has a 25 meter lap lane, ideal for those wanting to keep fit! It is close to the villa, however, so we would not recommend this property for children who cannot swim.
The villa also has private parking for three cars and stands in grounds of around 3/4 acres. There are a few bikes, internet access and ipod docking stations in each bedroom.

We request a 500 Euro security deposit per week of stay, which is returned to you within 14 days of your visit, subject to a property inspection. Strictly no smoking inside the property please. Children are welcome but children under 5 years old must be supervised at all times.
You will be met at the villa by our English and Croatian speaking representative who will show you around the villa and answers any questions you may have.
There will be a Welcome Pack containing orange juice, tea, coffee, wine, beers, crisps/crackers, olives and biscuits. The price includes bath and pool towels, a light mid-stay clean and towel change, and the local tourist tax which is taken care of for you. We provide you with a very useful handbook prior to your stay which gives ideas of day trips, our favourite restaurants and local villages,
