    The elegant restaurant drawn by the spaces where once the family’s Malvasia and Terrano wines were produced offers a vast gastronomic array based mainly on typical seasonal specialties, such as fresh locally caught fish, truffles, mushrooms, ham, game and other typical Istrian specialities. The cuisine is the result of endless research based on tradition. The delicacies are combined with a rich wine list with over 200 labels as well as with a vast choice of Istrian olive oils. Each seasonal menu has recommendations on which olive oil to use with the chosen dish. In the restaurant 25 to 30 guests can be served at the same time while in summer the guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace next to the pool and garden.

BEDROOM: The hotel consists of 14 double rooms with double beds. Each room is designed in detail and each offers a unique atmosphere. Details in wood, stone and iron evoke local tradition and are closely related to Istria. The rooms are divided in CLASSIC, CONFORT, TRADITION AND SUITE / FAMILY ROOM “Cavallier”.
They vary according to size, location and certain facilities. Some of the rooms have a spa bath while others have a bath and some shower. From several rooms you have views of the park, swimming pool …
Other rooms have views over old town. All rooms have air conditioning, minibar, safe, satellite TV, telephone line, wireless Internet access.

RESIDENT TAX
• The resident tax and the registration are not included in the price list
• The resident tax per person per day is approx. 1 EUR
• Children under 2 years of age do not pay the resident tax
• Children ages 12 -18 pay 50% of the resident tax
DISCOUNTS
• If a single person resides in a double room, a 35% discount is allowed (no discount in June, July, August and
September)
• Children under 3 years of age are allowed to stay for free
EXTRA CHARGE
• Supplement for an extra person – 30 % of the total room price
• For children ages 3 – 12 , an extra 20 € charge
• Room service breakfast is 5 €
• Room service +20% of the overall bill
• Washing and ironing – 3 € per piece
