Villa Poropati is situated in a small and tranquil hamlet called Poropati, only 5 km away from Groznjan, a well-known medieval town in Istria. The estate consists of two wings with a large garden enclosed with a stone wall, and 60 acres of grounds, offering total privacy and a break from everyday hustle and stress.
House A (366sqm) with 5 en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with the log fire, WI-FI internet acces and the games room. Terrace and pool area can accommodate 14 people.

House B (144sqm) with 2 spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living area with the fire place and a covered terrace with seating area can accommodate 4 people.

All surrounding areas and gardens are shared, together with the large swimming pool for adults (75sqm) and a protected children's pool.

Changeover day in July and August: Saturday, other dates: Flexible.
Pool open from 1st May - 1st October.
Pool size: 12m x 6m plus 3m x 3m children's pool Internet: Included Cot rental: 10 Euro per day payable locally Pack of basic food provisions and basic toiletries available on request at a fee. We can arrange your car hire, golf green-fees, restaurant bookings, etc. Guests who would like to have a working holiday are free to pick the olives in late October and November and take them to the local oleficio to by pressed and then take the oil home with them. Price for additional bed: €40.00 per person, per day.
Price for a infant/child under 2 years (sharing bed with parents): €20.00 per child, per day

30% payment on booking to secure reservation.
Final payment 6 weeks before arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of €500 required on arrival (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
