MAJOR SERVICES DESCRIPTION


GARDEN & GARDENING

This service comprises of a weekly visits (unless more is requested) and other gardening services.
If required, we can arrange landscape gardening with a suitable local organisation and supervise it on your behalf.


SWIMING POOL

When come to maintaining swimming pools there are several different ways to negotiate contracts.
It could be calculated on monthly or yearly basis, or regarding your preferences (how long you will be using the swimming pool throughout the year).
It is possible to choose one or more visits per week, depending on frequency of use and weather conditions.
To get the exact price, it would be best to make inspection and see the type, size in m3 and terms of use.
Note that water and electricity must be available at all times.


CLEANING AND LAUNDRY SERVICE

This service is available to all clients.
Owners should provide 3 sets of white bedding and towels per person. You or your guests can request change of bed linen and towels during their stay.
in case of need to change more that ones per week this will be charged as a „laundry change“per person.

Cleaning Service includes: cleaning, maid service, laundry and ironing of towels and linen, soap, toilet rolls, cleaning material.


We will make sure that your property will be cleaned throughout:

- All furniture dusted and polished, sweep and mop tiled areas and vacuum rugs and clean mirrors
- In the kitchen clean oven (if necessary), hob and fridge/freezer, wipe down unit doors and drawers
- Dispose of all opened food items left by guests. Ensure utensils and crockery is clean, also restocking toilet rolls etc.
- Clean all bins, drains, sinks, showers and tilled areas.
- Replace light bulbs when necessary, if owner has not supplied any replacements, we will supply and invoice for the cost (as with any other items may be required)
- All sheets, pillowcases and towels will be taken away and washed, dried and ironed, also tea towels, then returned to the property. Re-make all beds and store all laundered items not needed (it is highly recommended that you supply a „lockable“cupboard or similar to store linen!)
- Supply of soap and fresh toilet rolls.

„SPRING CLEANING“

This is more detailed cleaning than ordinary weekly cleaning. It is advised to do it before or/and after rental season.
It includes cleaning of all property:
-kitchen: all work surfaces and equipment, kitchen cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out, including tops of kitchen cabinets
-bathroom: cleaned and disinfected (pipes, sink and bath wastes), all tiles cleaned
- all rooms: lights, fans and curtains cleaned, windows cleaned inside and out
-outside: barbecue cleaned, terraces, patios cleaned etc. (power wash is charged extra), septic tank checked (empting a tank is an extra cost)

NOTE: Prices and terms are negotiated upon property inspection and regarding owners preferences and requests.
