Located in tranquil and beautiful Central Istria with its micro-climate that boasts over 2700 hours of sunshine annually, this superb detached stone villa with 4 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and private pool has fabulous views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.

Additional Services: You can rent a mountain bikes and take it on the wonderful ‘Parenzana’ trail. The trail used to be an old railroad and it goes across vineyards and forests with the tunnels and bridges still preserved. Or have it delivered for any other ride.
There is an additional (to the indoor dining area) outdoor shaded dining area complete with table and chairs for 8 persons for dining al fresco throughout your stay and right alongside the private 50 sqm private pool.
Both the indoor dining and lounge areas are in sunken settings, adding to the luxurious feel of the villa.
There is also a built-in BBQ with its own food preparation area to avoid having to go back and forth to the villa and a landscaped 1200 sqm private garden to enjoy.
Parking for at least 2 vehicles is possible on the property itself. All furniture inside and out is of the highest quality, including the sun loungers and garden furniture.
